Dispatch-company role
Quito coordinates requests with independent towing and roadside providers. It is not the operator of every vehicle that responds.
Availability and estimates
Service, equipment and arrival estimates are subject to the assigned provider, traffic, weather, access, vehicle condition and other job circumstances. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time.
Pricing and authorisation
Confirm the provider, rate structure, included work, possible extra charges, destination and payment responsibility before authorising service.
Safety and emergencies
Call the relevant emergency authority first when there is injury, fire, immediate danger or a road-safety incident requiring official control. Do not take photographs or inspect a vehicle in an unsafe position.
